Where will you meet us on arrival at the airport?
I’ll be outside arrivals with a sign with your name written on it.
We have lots of luggage, will this be an issue?
This is no problem at all. I have enough space for all your luggage!
Can you stop on the journey, if needed?
Yes, that’s no problem at all.
Is the Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV) air conditioned?
Yes, it is, and it’s equipped with charging points too.
Can I pay by card?
Yes

Do you do short and long distance taxi work?
Yes, we can cover any distance.
How will I know it’s your taxi?
I have a white sign on my roof of the taxi so you’re able to identify it easily.
If being collected from an airport, what do I need to look for?
Hounslow's sign and your name.
What is the cost of the taxi?
This depends on the distance of your journey.
Is the driver smartly dressed?
Yes
Do you have room for all of my luggage?
Yes, that’s no problem at all.
Can you put ribbons on the MPV when we get married?
Yes - any colour you choose!
Do you offer a 24/7 Service?
Yes, we do. Any problems, try our mobile number.
Can we eat in the vehicle?
Unfortunately, there’s no eating or drinking in the vehicle.
